SHIPPING

All de adentro accessories are made to order in our small Panama-based studio. We always make our best efforts to create your order as soon as possible.

For domestic orders, please note that we allow ourselves 3-5 business days for production before we ship out your order, aways depending on the intricacy of your piece and availability of the stones. For custom items or special orders, please allow an average of 3-6 weeks; we'll be in contact to provide estimates. 

For international orders we offer DHL International (3-5 business days after ship date). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that de adentro is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

Loss and Insurance:

Please make sure that the delivery address provided is secure and accurate. For orders over $400 we will automatically include insurance with your shipping. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can do to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order has been delivered.
