Our bracelets are meant to comfortably fit the detailed standard sizes. If you require a size not listed, please contact us. You can also provide your exact measurement in the 'Order special instructions' section during checkout.

My bracelet doesn't fit and it was a gift. Can I exchange it? 

Yes, we offer free size exchanges for gifts, provided the new size is for the same product type and stone. Please note that we do not accept returns.

My bracelet or necklace's thread is loose, can I fix it? 

If your thread is loose or broken, we provide a repair service for a small fee and can replace the missing stones for a fee. Visit our Repairs page for more details.

My de adentro piece broke, how can I fix it?
